Purchase Orders: For established Net 30 customers, e-mail your order to info@schmartboard.com To establish a Net 30 account, e-mail your bank and trade information to the same

Technical Questions: If you have any technical questions or need help in choosing the correct board, you can post at our forum: http://forum.schmartboard.com/index.php/board,3.0.html It is helpful if you include a link to a datasheet if you’d like help in choosing the correct SchmartBoard. This is the fastest method. Alternately, send us an e-mail to info@schmartboard.com

Warranty Information: Defective products received should be returned to Schmartboard as soon as possible. Third Part Products have manufacturer warranties and are beholden to the manufacturer terms. SchmartBoards can be exchanged for other SchmartBoards if a different board is required, as long as it is a current product(not discontinued) that is being exchanged. Items bought in the clearance section are final.

Will Call If you live near Fremont, CA and would like to pick up and order, we are available from 10:00 -4:00, Monday through Friday. Use “Will Call” as the shipping option and we will contact you to let you know that you can pick the order up

Backorder Policy: We try to list products that we are out of stock of as backordered on our website, thus making it temporarily not possible to order. If an order does get past us and is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the choice of cancelling the backordered part or waiting for it to restock.

Order Status: Information We generally ship the same day on orders received by 3:00 PST. When you place an order, if your e-mail is correct, you will receive a detailed order confirmation from “Americart” which is our shopping cart. You should receive a second e-mail from USPS or UPS(depending on your shipping method), with your tracking number. If you did not receive these, you either put your e-mail address incorrectly in your order, or the notices are in your spam filter.

Cancelling an Order: Contact us ASAP to cancel an order. Because we try diligently to ship your orders, UPS may have shipped by 4:00 PST, Priority Mail by 10:00 PST. If you want to cancel an order that has shipped, we can then reimburse you when we receive the order back, minus the cost of shipping. Minimum Orders There are no minimum order requirements.

Shipping Policy 

  • We charge actual shipping costs plus a $2.00 handling charge per shipment.  We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. 
  • We do not offer other services on our shopping cart however, if you do have your own UPS or Fed Ex by choosing “Will Call” and typing your shipping account # and preferred manner of shipping(ie ground, overnight) in the Special Instructions at checkout. 
  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If your shipping address is a PO Box, you must select a USPS option or your package will be returned to us at your expense. 
  • UPS orders are shipped "Signature Not Required" by default, however, they may decide to require a signature depending on the value or destination. If you want your order to be sent with a signature required, please let us know in Special Instructions at checkout. If a "Signature Not Required" package is left at the door by UPS, but isn't there when you get home, neither SchmartBoard nor UPS can be held responsible. 
  • We fill all in-stock orders as soon as possible. While we make no guaranty of same day shipping we usually can ship the same day. Non-ground shipments receive preference over ground shipments. Once your order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email, with tracking information if applicable, will be sent. SchmartBoard cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We will file claims for those that are insured. Please contact us directly to initiate a claim. 
  • Domestic orders of $35 or more automatically get free USPS ground shipping. If you need air shipping, no discount is given for the $35 or more order.(Our shopping cart does not allow for this). To get the free shipping, you must choose Free shipping at checkout or our shopping cart will charge you.).  On larger orders we may choose to use UPS Ground instead at our discretion.
  • Sales Tax All orders with a California shipping address will include California sales tax on the merchandise portion of your order, unless you provide us with an exemption permit or California resale tax form in advance. Tax is calculated based on the shipping zip code.
  • International Orders We ship USPS International Priority Mail or International First Class which can be tracked to the destination country but not once in the country.  We can track this into your country, but not beyond entry into customs.  Updates for USPS tracking for international orders are usually not updated in real time especially once out of USPS possession  and in the destination countries postal service. .    You take the risk for lost USPS shipments once outside of the U.S..  The best choice for International orders are our distribution partners who ship to your country.
