Product Description
Support up to 64 pins QFP, TQFP, PQFP package IC with 0.8mm pitch, 38 pcs. of 0603 package, and some thru hole passive components. 22 ground holes are connected a copper plane on the bottom side. This is the older version of SchmartBoard. It requires expert soldering skills. For an easier and faster alternative consider the SchmartBoard|ez version of this product.
