Which ever platform you are using, Schmartboard makes it possible to add circuitry that can contain both through hole and surface mount components.  You can create the shield, cape or add-on board you need even if it contains a .5mm pitch, 40 pin QFN component.

Today we support Arduino Uno and Mega, BeagleBone and Raspberry Pi.  We will consider the need for newer platforms as they become popular alternatives.  We always appreciate input from our users!
