Cable Design Capabilities

ASSEMBLY IN CER - In our 18,000 sq. ft., class 100,000 cleanroom, we ensure the highest quality for our customers in cable, sub and final assembly.

SOLDERING - Providing quality products soldering electrical components, wire harness assemblies, in accordance to the IPC-A-610 standard.

ULTRASONIC WELDING - We use Branson ultrasonic welding machines, to assembly plastic subassemblies in our ISO 13485 manufacturing facility.

ASSEMBLY UNDER MICROSCOPE - Our highly trained personnel build a variety of product assemblies under microscope; we follow IPCA-610 and IPC-A-620 standards.

3D MODELING - Assisting our customers with their design needs, our engineering department is able to accept the latest 2D & 3D CAD files.

CRIMPING - To ensure the highest quality cable assemblies, we adhere our manufacturing process to the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard.

EDM WIRE CUT - We offer our customers the flexibility to produce for their prototyping, low volume, and high volume production needs.

BONDING: EPOXY, UV AND CYANOACRYLATE - Working with our customers, we can help suggest alternative methods and materials for the most complex product designs

SMT LINE – PCB ASSEMBLIES - Lead free SMT line, per IPC-A-610. We offer low-volume and high volume runs for specialized PCB assemblies

CNC MACHINING- Utilizing our 3 & 4-axis machines, we offer the flexibility to produce for prototyping, low volume, and high volume production.

INSERT MOLDING OR OVERMOLDING- We use PVC material for over-molding. We offer custom tooling to create a unique molded strain relief for the cable design.

LASER MARKING- To ensure the highest quality cable assemblies, we adhere our manufacturing process to the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard.

PAD PRINTING - Pad printing with single or multicolor medical grade inks. We can print on many substrates widely used on MD products.

RESISTANCE WELDING - Delivering high welding rates, low fumes, automation, low fumes and low distortions.

BRAZING - Assisting our customers with their design needs, our engineering department is able to accept the latest 2D & 3D CAD files.

EDM DRILLING - We offer our customers the flexibility to produce for their prototyping, low volume, and high volume production needs.

HYPO-TUBE FABRICATION - Custom sizing and shaping in 303, 316 SS materials for customers’ designs for circular, square, or rectangular shapes

PASSIVATION - On-site passivation center – maintaining control for processing SS components per ASTM A967, ASTM A380 standards.

ELECTROPOLISHING - In-house highly controlled process, per ASTM A912, gives the reassurance of high quality aesthetically pleasing results

PACKAGING: BLISTER AND POUCH - Whether for the CER or general production environments, our team works with our customers to recommend the best options.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING - In our ISO 13485 environment, our ultrasonic cleaning process is highly controlled per ASTM G131 – 96.

LASER CUTTING - With 2 & 4-axis laser machines, we offer the flexibility to produce for prototyping, low volume, and high volume production needs.

LASER WELDING - Using the latest laser technology, our 3-axis machines allow us to offer various joint configurations for seam and spot welds..
