​ BeagleBone Users Can Now Do More than Roll-Over or Beg(for more options)

We have just released our new family of BeagleBone prototyping Capes. The basic prototyping cape can be used to add your through hole circuitry to create your own function specific add-on cape to your BeagleBone or BeagleBone Black project. We have designed in ample room for power and ground connections. Included are 2 of our 2x13 special extra long male headers which are designed to make life easier when adding capes on to your BeagleBone and BeagleBone Black projects. Additionally, for your convenience, we have thrown in a 170 Tie Point breadboard with adhesive back.

When bundled with any of our SMT to DIP adapters, you convert this board into one that can use the most advanced surface mount components. We support most packages of SOIC, QFP and QFN/DFN. Like with our Arduino and Raspberry Pi families, this is the only real option for prototyping your own circuits on this platform, especially when surface mount parts are used.
