SchmartMoney - Rules and Regulations
- Must sign up for an account and use the same –email as on account for online orders or notifying us of distribution purchases.
- Every recorded transaction as follows, earns 5% back in SchmartMoney.
- To earn SchmartMoney:
- Order at SchmartBoard website using your e-mail that you signed up with.
- Order from an authorized SchmartBoard distributor (you will need to fill out the SchmartMoney approval form and e-mail or fax it with a copy of your sales receipt to SchmartBoard).
- Orders outside of the US using foreign currency will be rewarded based on the US suggested retail price of the SchmartBoard ordered (Orders will be verified with the distributor).
- To use SchmartMoney, place your order from the checkout in the SchmartMoney website.
- You must have earned the full amount of a product in order to buy it using SchmartMoney.
- Member is responsible for costs of shipping as well as taxes or customs where applicable.
- SchmartMoney is not sellable or transferable.
- Members can, in $50 increments, convert their SchmartMoney into real cash (i.e. If you have $78 in SchmartMoney, $50 can be cashed out, the other $28 remains for you to purchase merchandise or accumulate and additional $22 to cash out again).
- Cash-outs are paid via Paypal.
- The user must supply a Paypal account e-mail.
- SchmartBoard is not responsible for Paylpal fees to user.
- SchmartBoard may cancel the SchmartMoney program at any time for any reason. SchmartBoard will give a 90 day notice to spend or redeem SchmartMoney upon program cancellation.
